I’ve been wanting to write around here for quite some time now, but with two growing boys in tow, time feels like a memory all the time. Which is why I’m so glad Jane and myself decided to officially end the boys’ summer with a Night Pass at Dusit Thani in Mactan.
The Night Pass was wonderful. We got in around 3 in the afternoon, when it was still too hot and warm, but after a while it cooled down and we didn’t have to go home until 10. The pass came with a Barbecue Buffet dinner.
Coxon insisted on wanting to see the beach, so when the temperature cooled down a little bit, we headed over to the short. The tide was low so we didn’t get to swim but he and his Kuya Miggy enjoyed running around and playing with the sand.
We were told that there was a foam party so we headed back to the pool, where our things were, just before dark. Kuya mightily waited for the said “foam party” but dinner was already served. As luck would have it, as soon as he’d finish his barbecue, the crowd cheered and to our surprise, the foam party just began. I didn’t get to take pictures of it as the kids swam but on our way home, Kuya said it was a very fun day with his first ever form party. As for Coxon, he was too tired to comment on anything 🙂 Thank you for coming with us Tita Glassils.
